在校大学生蠕形螨的感染情况调查及相关因素分析

目的了解在校大学生蠕形螨感染情况并对相关因素进行分析。方法采用透明胶带法进行蠕形螨检查,镜检并鉴定虫种,记录感染度。同时对皮肤类型、面部症状、个人生活习惯及卫生习惯等因素问卷调查。结果在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为34.9%,男生(39.9%)与女生(32.7%)感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.95,P>0.05);感染度以轻度感染居多;感染虫种以毛囊蠕形螨居多;面部有症状者(57.0%)与无症状者(30.6%)的感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.67,P<0.005)。结论大学生蠕形螨感染以轻度感染居多,毛囊蠕形螨感染为主,蠕形螨感染是导致面部疾患发生的重要因素之一,个人生活习惯及卫生习惯与蠕形螨感染有关。

Investigation on the Infection Status of Demodex among College Students and Analysis of Relative Factors

Objective Investigation on the infection status of Demodex among college students and analysis on relative factors. Methods Cellophane tape method was used to detect nasal Demodex infection. The specimen was examined and identified. Meanwhile, infection degree was recorded. The average situation of the students was investigated. Results The overall infection rate was 34.9%.There was no significant difference between male （39.9%） and female （32.7%） （P〉0.05） ; mild Demodex infection was quite common, Demodex folliculorum was main cause of infection.The infection rate of facial dermatosis group（57.0%） was higher than that average group, s（30.6%） （P 〈 0.005） .Conclusion Mild infection was common college students Demodex folliculorum was main cause of infection. Demodex infection is one of factors which resulted in facial dermatosis. Hygienic habits have close relationship with Demodex infection.
