肋骨内固定治疗连枷胸61例临床分析

目的:探讨肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸的临床效果。方法:将2006年10月至2011年10月采用内固定手术治疗的61例肋骨骨折患者设为A组,与同期保守治疗的28例患者设为B组进行对比研究,比较2组患者疗效及并发症情况。结果:A组呼吸机支持时间、住院时间、疼痛感觉、肺不张等均明显低于B组(P<0.05),出院行肺功能检查各参数明显优于非手术组。手术行肋骨切开复位内固定治疗创伤性连枷胸可靠易行,能够及时的消除胸壁软化及反常呼吸运动。结论:肋骨内固定术治疗连枷胸优于非内固定手术治疗组,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical analysis of rib internal fixation for the treatment of flail chest of 61 patients

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect with rib fixation for treating flail chest.Methods: A group : 61 patients who treating in our hospital from October.1 2006 to October.1 2011 used internal fixation operation treatment of flail chest.B group:With the same period 28 patients unoperational treatment were studied,the effect of treatment and the complications of 2 groups patients were recorded.Results: The ventilator support time,in-hospital time,painful perception,atelectasis of A group were significantly lower than B group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),discharge line pulmonary function test parameters in A group was significantly better than B group.Operation row ribs open reduction and internal fixation for treatment of traumatic flail chest is simple and reliable.The way could eliminate chest wall and abnormal breathing.Conclusion: The effect of the rib internal fixation in the treatment of flail chest is better than unoperational treatment.The way should be the better choice.
