| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用微创经皮肾取石术(MPCNL)治疗老年上尿路结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年1月间83例年龄≥65岁老年患者临床资料,所有患者均接受MPCNL术治疗。结果 16例患者先肾造瘘,83例患者共行85例侧经皮肾手术治疗,平均手术时间90.2min,总清石率90.6%。总体并发症发生率为13.2%,输血率3.6%。结论 MPCNL术治疗老年上尿路结石安全、有效。根据临床医师经验和患者病情选择术前肾造瘘,可减少手术并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL） for upper urinary tract calculi in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 83 patients over the age of 65 underwent MPCNL were retrospectively reviewed. Results Percutaneous nephrostomy was performed in 16 patints before MPCNL. A total of 85 MPCNL were performed in 83 patients. The mean operation time was 90.2 minutes. The overall stone-free rate were 90.6%. The overall complication rates were 13.2%, Blood transfusions rates 3.6%.Conclusions MPCNL in patients over 65 years was a safe and reliable technique. Percutaneous nephrostomy before MPCNL can reduce operation complication. |
