某市中老年人糖尿病、糖尿病前期的患病率及相关因素分析

目的了解泸州市中老年人糖尿病和糖尿病前期的患病情况及相关因素,为以后泸州市糖尿病和糖尿病前期的防治提供依据。方法采用多级抽样的方法,抽取泸州市10012名40岁以上(包含40岁)的长住居民,进行问卷,体格检查,血糖,生化检测,采用非条件logistic回归分析。结果泸州市中老年人糖尿病和糖尿病前期的患病率分别为18.37%,27.77%,两者的患病率均随年龄的增长而增加,男性糖尿病患病率高于女性,且有统计学意义,糖尿病前期两性之间无统计学差异。多因素分析结果显示:年龄,糖尿病家族史,BMI,腰围,TG,LDL,离退休,待业,家庭妇女是糖尿病的危险因素,HDL是保护因素;年龄,饮酒,嗜甜食,BMI,TG是糖尿病前期的危险因素,饮茶是保护因素。结论泸州市中老年人糖尿病和糖尿病前期的患病率高,要引起高度重视,采取综合措施进行预防和控制。

A City in Elderly Diabetes, Pre-diabetes Prevalence and Related Factors

Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and pre-diabetes and the correlated factors for people over the age of 40 in Luzhou, provide the basis for future prevention and treatment .Methods Multi-stage sampling method to extract the Luzhou City, 10012 more than 40 years of age （including 40 years） permanent residents. Data were collected through questionnaire, testing physical examination,blood glucose testing and biochemical examinations, logistic regression analysis. Results The prevalence rates of diabetes and prediabetes were18.37% and 27.77%, and the prevalence were increased with ageing.The diabetes prevalence was higher in male than in female group.And there was no difference in prediabetes ,prevalence between male and female. The multivariable analysis showed that ageing, family history of diabetes, dairy foods ,BMI, waist circumference, TG, LDL, divorce, retirement, unemployed, housewives were the risk factors for development of diabetes mellitus, lid was the protective factor for .Ageing, drinking, high intake of sweet meat, BMI,TG were the risk factors for development of prediabete ,tea was the protective factor. Conclusion The prevalence rates of diabetes and prediabetes are considerably high in Luzhou City in the elderly, attach great importance and adopt comprehensive measures on prevention and control .It is necessary to take comprehensive measures to prevent and control.
