不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈动脉斑块形成合并高脂血症的临床疗效对比析

目的观察不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈动脉斑块形成合并高血脂症患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年11月至2012年6月收治的颈动脉斑块形成合并高血脂症患者122例。随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各61例,实验组患者给予剂量20mg瑞舒伐他汀钙口服治疗;对照组患者给予剂量10mg瑞舒伐他汀钙口服治疗。疗程1个月,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂达标率和不良反应的差异。结果治疗后实验组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,经比较P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论使用不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈动脉斑块形成合并高血脂症,大剂量的瑞舒伐他汀,可明显降低患者的血脂水平,较常规剂量的疗效更好,且无严重不良反应。值得临床推广使用。

Different Doses of Rosuvastatin with Statin Therapy of Carotid Artery Plaque Formation of the Clinical Etticacy of Contrast Analysis of Combined Hyperlipidemia

Objective The effects of different doses to Rosuvastatin treatment of carotid artery plaque formation combined with high clinical efficacy in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 122 cases admitted to hospital from November 2011 to June 2012 patients with carotid artery plaque formationand hyperlipidemia. Randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 61 cases in each experimental group were treated with doses of 20mg Rosuvastatin calcium oral treatment; control group were treated with doses of 10mg Rosuvastatin calcium oral treatment. Course of a month, compare the differences in the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, lipid compliance rate and adverse reactions. The results of the experimental group after treatment in patients with total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein water average lower than the control group, HDL levels higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05, the differences were statistically significant. The two groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Use different the dose Rosuvastatin treatment of carotid artery plaque formation and hyperlipidemia, and large doses of rosuvastatin can significantly reduce the blood lipid level, compared with conventional-dose efficacy and better, and no serious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical use.
