肺炎支原体感染与冠心病的相关性分析

目的:探讨肺炎支原体感染与冠心病发生的相关性及肺炎支原体引起冠心病的致病机制。方法:选取2011年1月至2011年12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院心内科住院患者30例为冠心病组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测冠心病组和对照组的血清MP特异性抗体MPIgG;免疫透射比浊法检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。结果:冠心病组MPIgG阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病患者MPIgG阳性组血清平均TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于MP IgG阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清平均HDL-C水平低于MP IgG阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体感染影响脂质代谢可能与冠心病的发生有密切关系。

The analysis of correlation between coronary heart disease and mycoplasma infection

Objective: To investigate the correlation between coronary heart disease and mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods: 30 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 health people were selected in this study.Mycoplasma infection rate of all cases was measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay.And the serum triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein triglycerides were measured by turbidimetric method.Results: Mycoplasma infection rate of the CHD group was significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.05).In the CHD group,serum TC,TG,LDL-C level of the MP IgG average positive group was significantly higher than the MP IgG negative group(P<0.05).Serum HDL-C level of the MP IgG(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mycoplasma infection may affect lipid metabolism,which played important role in the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
