眼外伤并发增生性玻璃体视网膜病变患者主要炎性因子的表达及意义

目的观察眼外伤并发增生性玻璃体视网膜病变中主要炎性因子的表达情况。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月我院收治的34例眼外伤并发增生性玻璃体视网膜病变患者为观察组,并选取8例相同年龄段死亡患者为对照组,应用γ-放射免疫计数器测定两组眼玻璃体液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎性因子的水平。结果观察组患者玻璃体液中TNF-α水平为(31.3±2.1)ng/ml,IL-6水平为(419.8±12.4)pg/ml,IL-8水平为(371.8±20.1)pg/ml,均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼外伤并发增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的发病过程中,IL-6和IL-8的高表达诱导视网膜色素上皮细胞增生转化,TNF-α的高表达使增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变由炎症期转向细胞增生期。

Expression of the main inflammatory factors in patients with ocular injury complicated with proliferative vitreous retinopathy

Objective To observe the expression of the main inflammatory factors in patients with ocular injury complicated with proliferative vitreous retinopathy. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, 34 cases of patients with ocular injury complicated with proliferative vitreous retinopathy in our hospital were selected as the research objects (the study group), and 8 cases of dead patients of the same age were selected as the control group. Then the level of interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) in the glass body fluids of eye were determined by γ-radiation counter. Results In the study group, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 were (31.3±2.1) ng/ml, (419.8±12.4) pg/ml, (371.8±20.1) pg/ml, significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the disease course of ocular injury complicated with proliferative vitreous retinopathy, high expression of IL-6 and IL-8 can induce the hyperplasia and transformation of retinal pigment epithelial cell. The high expression of TNF-α makes the proliferating vitreous retinopathy transform by inflammation to cell hyperplasia period.
