氨溴特罗口服液治疗急性支气管炎的疗效分析

目的评价氨溴特罗口服液治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机、单盲、对照临床研究,将191例急性支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,其中治疗组96例,口服氨溴特罗口服液;对照组95例,口服肺力咳合剂,疗程均为7d。比较两组患儿咳嗽、咯痰和痰液黏稠度等综合症状改善率和总有效率,并观察药物不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组症状评分为(1.39±0.28)分,对照组为(2.52±0.49)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组临床控制率和总有效率分别为53.13%、89.58%,对照组临床控制率和总有效率分别38.95%、73.68%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管炎有显著疗效,安全性好。

Efficacy Analysis of Ambroxol Castro Oral Treatment of Acute Bronchitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Anbroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods This was a single-blind randomized control clinical study. 191 patient with acute bronchitis were divided randomly into two groups,96 cases in treatment group were treated with Anbroxol Hydrochlofide and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution, 95 cases in control group were treated with Feilike agent ,treatment of both groups persistde for 7 days,The combined symptoms and the overal effective rate were compared between the two groups, the adverse drug reactions was assessde as well. Result After treatment,the symptom scores of treatment group was（1.39~0.28）,and that of the control group was（2.52~0.49）;The clinical control and overal effective rate were 53.13% and 89.58%, and that of the control group were 38.95% and 73.68%,there was a singificant difference between these two groups（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Anbroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution showed significant efficacy and salty in children for treatment of acute bronchitis.
