奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的总结阿莫西林、替硝唑奥美拉唑、三联疗法对消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 180例十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组90例,采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑组成的三联疗法治疗;对照组90例,采用雷尼替丁、呋喃唑酮、甲硝唑组成的三联疗法治疗。结果由奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑组成的三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡有效率显著高于由雷尼替丁、呋喃唑酮、甲硝唑组成的三联疗法。结论三联药物奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗消化性溃疡,不良反应少,疗效好,适合临床推广。

Curative Effect Observation of Omeprazole, AmoxiciUin, Metronidazole for the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To summarize, amoxicillin, tinidazole omeprazole triple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods 180cases of duodenal ulcer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in the treatment group, omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole is composed of triple therapy;90 cases in the control group, with ranitidine, furazolidone, metronidazole is composed of triple therapy. Results By omeprazole metronidazole, amoxicillin, consisting of triple therapy for the treatment of duodenal ulcer with ranitidine, efficiency is significantly higher than that of the furazolidone, metronidazole is composed of triple therapy. Conclusion The triple drug omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole for the treatment of peptic ulcer, fewer adverse reactions, good curative effect, for clinical application
