艾迪注射液在消化系肿瘤替代化疗药物的药理学研究

目的探讨在消化系肿瘤治疗中艾迪注射液是否能完全替代化疗药物及其药理学作用机理。方法将13例消化系恶性肿瘤患者简单随机化随机分为对照组65例(化学药物治疗)、观察组65例(艾迪注射液治疗),对照两组治疗前后外周血癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA-199、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(HB)水平变化及治疗期间毒性反应指数变化随访两年生存率。结果两组治疗前CEA、CA-199、WBC、HB水平比较(t=3.12、4.01、3.98、4.03,P>0.05,无显著性差异);两组治疗后CEA、CA-199、WBC、HB水平比较(t=5.12、5.01、4.98、4.53,P<0.05,具有显著性差异);两组治疗期间毒性反应指数比较(χ2=4.66、4.67、4.76、5.12,P<0.05具有显著性差异)。结论艾迪注射液在消化系肿瘤治疗中可代替化疗药物较化疗药物副作用小、安全可靠。

Pharmacology Research of Addie Injection in Digestive System Tumor Alternative Chemotherapeutic Drugs

Objective To investigate the treatment in tumors of digestive system in Addie injection will entirely replace the chemotherapeutic drugs and its pharmacological mechanism. Methods 13 cases of patients with malignant tumors of digestive system simple randomization were randomly divided into 65 cases in the control group （ chemotherapy ）, 65 cases in observation group （ Addie injection in the treatment of the two groups before and after treatment）, the control of serum carcinoembryonic antigen （ CEA ）, CA-199 （ WBC ）, white blood cells, platelets （ HB ） level changes and treatment toxicity index changes during follow-up of two years survival rate. Results of the two groups before treatment CEA, CA-199, WBC, HB level （t=-3.12, 4.01, 3.98, 4.03, P 〉 0.05, there was no significant difference between two groups after treatment ）; CEA, CA-199, WBC, HB level （t：-5.12, 5.01, 4.98, 4.53, P 〈 0.05, with significant difference ）; two groups of treatment period toxicity index （X^2=,4.66, 4.67, 4.76,.5.12, P〈0.05 significant difference）. Conclusion Addie injection in digestive system cancer therapy can replace the chemotherapeutic drugs than chemotherapy side effects of small, safe and reliable.
