2型糖尿病合并肺结核的疗效分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核的疗效。方法 81例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者作为观察组,80例无糖尿病的肺结核患者作为对照组,治疗后观察两组患者的总疗效。观察组根据血糖分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,观察治疗后的痰菌转阴和X线吸收情况。结果两组患者治疗后对照组有效率83.8%,观察组有效率为74.1%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组痰菌转阴19例(86.4%),Ⅱ组痰菌转阴37例(86%),Ⅲ组痰菌转阴9例(56.3%);Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组之间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别和Ⅲ组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。X线吸收情况比较,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组之间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别和Ⅲ组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论较好地控制血糖可以提高2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者的疗效。

The Effectiveness of Treatment on the Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Plus Tuberculosis

Objective To study the effectiveness of treatment on the patients with type 2 diabetic plus tuberculosis. Methods Eighty-one patients with type 2 diabetic plus tuberculosis were enrolled into the objectiveness group and eighty patients with tuberculosis were enrolled into the control group. The total effects of two groups were compared after treatment. The patients of the objectiveness group were divided into three groups, Ⅰ group（n=22 cases）, Ⅱ group（n=43 cases） and Ⅲ group（n=16 cases）.The sputum negative and X-ray absorption were compared. Results The total effects were 83.8% in the control group and 74.1% in the objectiveness group. There was a significant differenee（P〈0.05）.The sputum negative were 19 cases（86.4%） in Ⅰ group, 37 cases（86%）in Ⅱ group and 9 cases（56.3%） in gl group. The sputum negative and X-ray absorption weren＇t significant difference between Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group（P〉0.05）. The sputum negative and X-ray absorption were significant difference between Ⅰ, Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Better control of blood sugar and improve the patients with type 2 diabetic plus tuberculosis.
