305例孕妇肾功能检测结果分析

摘    要:目的探讨不同年龄、不同孕期孕妇肾功能水平的差异。方法将陵水县305例孕妇按年龄、孕期分组,对不同组间血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平进行方差分析。结果经方差分析,不同年龄组间孕妇的Cr、BUN水平差异均无统计学意义(F值分别为2.70、2.96,P值均>0.05)。不同孕期孕妇间的Cr差异有统计学意义(F=25.61,P<0.001),但BUN水平差异无统计学意义(F=2.27,P>0.05)。结论不同年龄孕妇肾功能差异不明显,孕中晚期肾功能会产生一定变化。

Abstract:Objective To explore the differences in the levels of Creatinine (Cr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) among pregnant women with different age and gestational weeks. Methods Three hundred and five pregnant women of Lingshui County were grouped by age and gestational weeks. The levels of Cr and BUN among each group were compared by ANOVA statistically. Results ANOVA showed that the difference in the levels of Cr and BUN among pregnant women grouped by age was not statistically significant (F values were 2.70 and 2.96, respectively, P>0.05). The difference of Cr level among pregnant women grouped by gestational weeks was statistically significant (F=25.61, P>0.05), but the difference of BUN level was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The levels of Cr and BUN among pregnant women might not affected by age, but they may change with the increase of gestational weeks.
