| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胶体金法检测EV71型病毒IgM抗体和检测EV71型病毒核酸的临床应用。方法胶体金法和PCR-荧光探针法联合检测EV71型病毒并对结果进行比较。结果胶体金法检测EV71型病毒IgM抗体和PCR-荧光探针法检测EV71型病毒核酸相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论胶体金法和PCR-荧光探针法联合检测EV71型病毒既能保证快速检测,又能提高准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of the combined detection of Enterovirus 71 （EV71） in child patients with HFMD by colloidal cold immune chromatography assay and PCR-Fluoreseence probe method. Methods To detect Enterovirus 71 （EV71） in 108 child patients with HFMD by colloidal cold immune chromatography assay and PCR-Fluoreseence probe method simultaneously. Results There was no difference of the results between the results colloidal cold immune chromatography assay and PCR-Fluorescence probe method （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combined detection of Enteroyirus 71 （EV71） in child patients with HFMD by colloidal cold immune chromatography assay and PCR-Fluorescence probe method can not only ensure rapid detection, but also improve accuracy. |
