| 摘 要： | 目的探讨测定尿微量白蛋白在糖尿病患者早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法测定糖尿病患者24h尿微量白蛋白,与正常人24h尿微量白蛋白比较。结果糖尿病组尿微量白蛋白均值明显高于正常组,差异有显著性。结论糖尿病患者的尿微量白蛋白明显升高,对于早期预示糖尿病患者肾损害有着重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis value of urinary microalbuminuria （UMA） measurement of early kidney injury in patients with diabetes. Method Compare 24-hours UMA between diabetes patients and healthy control. Result The level of UMA in the group of diabetes is higher than that in the group of healthy control. There is a significance difference between the two groups. Conclusion The apparently heightened level of UMA in patients with diabetes may forecast the early onset of diabetic nephropathy, which would play an important role in the clinically practices. |
