重度颅脑损伤患者早期综合治疗临床疗效探讨

目的:探讨重度颅脑损伤患者早期综合治疗的理想方案及疗效分析。方法:对150例重度颅脑损伤病例分三组治疗,在外科手术、冬眠低温等常规治疗基础上,A、B组病例分别在不同时间点加入安宫牛黄丸鼻饲治疗,并收集各组别在伤后生命体征变化、并发症的发生、意识障碍持续时间等方面的详细临床资料,分别进行两样本比较。结果:A、B组病例与C组在生命体征变化、并发症发生、致残率、GCS评分、意识障碍持续时间、植物生存发生率等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上早期给予安宫牛黄丸治疗重型颅脑损伤患者,可以显著缩短意识障碍时间、并减少重度残疾和持续植物状态的发生;维持治疗过程中生命体征的平稳,降低治疗过程中并发症的发生率。

Discussion of clinical efficacy of early comprehensive treatment in patients with severe head injury

Objective To analyze an ideal method and effect of early comprehensive treatment in patients with severe head injury. Method Total 150 cases were divided into three groups,on the basis of conventional treatment just as the surgery,sub -hibernation hypothermia therapy, at different time points adding Angongniuhuang Pill nasal feeding to group A and B. The detailed clinical data of each group changes in vital signs after the injury, the occurence of complications,disturbance of consciousness and other aspects of the duration were collected, and compared between the two separate samples. Results Comparing to group C, group A and B had significant differences in vital signs, complications, disability, GCS score, duration of disturbance of consciousness, plant life, etc. Differences in comparison of group A, B also showed significant difference. Conclusion Given early Angongniuhuang Pill treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, can significantly shorten the time of disturence of consciousness,reduce severe disability and the occurrence of persistent vegetative state, in order to maintain stable vital signs, reduce the incidence of complications.
