| 摘 要： | 就近10年的文献资料,综述了中医药治疗男性不育症的实验研究概况。文献主要从生精障碍、精液质量异常,精子形态结构改变和内分泌失调等方面的动物实验,探讨了中医药治疗男性不育症的机理,为临床用药提供了动物实验依据,但同时表明,由于男性不育症的病因病理复杂,动物模型的建立较为困难,人与动物的种属差异等因素,我们要完全认识和治疗本病,尚需深入开展动物实验研究和临床基础研究。

| Abstract: | This is a review on experimental study of TCM treating male infertility including ten-year's literature.The literature introduce the animal experimentation on spermatogenesis dysfunction,abnormal semen quality,changes of sperm's morphology or structure and endocrine imbalance,discuss the theory of TCM treating male infertility.That provided the animal experimental basis for clinic.Because of the factors about the complexity of the male infertility etiology and pathology,difficulty of establishing the animal... |
