| Abstract: | In order to promote the development of modern hospitals, through developing emotional quotient of medical care providers in our hospital, we explored a mechanism to promote the "communication between patients and physicians" conducted in the hospital, as a result, medical care quality has been improved, medical care safety has been guaranteed and legal rights/benefits of patients havebeen protected. |
