益肾通络方治疗对原发性膜性肾病患者血液生化检查结果及临床症候积分的影响

目的 通过观察益肾通络方治疗前后原发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者的尿常规、24 h尿蛋白(24 h UP)定量、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆黏度及临床症候积分的变化,评价该药的临床疗效.方法 72例经肾脏穿刺病理诊断为IMN(病理分期Ⅰ及Ⅱ期)、肾功能正常的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例.对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组加服益肾通络中药.结果 与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组24 h UP、TC明显降低(P<0.01),Alb明显升高(P<0.01),FIB、LDL、TG、血浆黏度及临床症状积分均降低(P<0.05).结论 益肾通络方能够降低IMN患者24 h UP、TG、TC、LDL、FIB及血浆黏度,减轻血尿,明显降低临床症状积分,升高Alb水平.

The effect of recipe of tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals on blood biochemistry lab results and clinical symptoms points of idiopathic membranous nephropathy patients

Objective By observing the changes of urine routine, 24 h urine protein (UP) quantity, plasma albumin (Alb), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), fibrinogen (FIB), plasma viscocity and clinical symptoms points of the patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) to evaluate its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods 72 IMN patients, diagnosed by pathological diagnosis of kidney puncture (Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage) and normal kideny function, were randomly divided into treatment and control groups (36 cases in each one). The patients in control group were given basic treatment, ones in treatment group added with recipe of tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals.Results Compared with control group after treatment, treatment group had the decreased 24 h UP and TC(P＜0.01), the descended FIB, LDL, TG, plasma viscocity and clinical symptoms points(P＜0.05), and the increased Alb (P＜0.01). Conclusions The recipe of tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals could decrease 24 h UP, TG, TC, LDL, FIB and plasma viscocity, alleviate hematuria, reduce clinical symptoms points and ascend Alb level.
