| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了血浆脯氨酸肽酶活性测定方法及对各类肝病患者的检测结果。肝硬化(45例)及慢性活动性肝炎(31例)患者脯氨酸肽酶活性显著升高,其变化与血清ALT水平无明显相关,而与血清白蛋白降低,球蛋白升高显著相关。研究结果表明,血浆脯氨酸肽酶活性测定对慢性肝病,尤其是肝硬化的诊断具有重要意义,可作为慢性肝病的随访指标,协同其它检查将进一步提高慢性肝病的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | The activity of plasma prolidase(PLD)was determined in patients with various chronic liver diseases.It was found that the activity of plasma PLD was increased significantly in 45 patients with cirrhosis and 31 patients with chronic active hepatitis.The plasma level of PLD was not correlated with the serum level of ALP.Plasma PLD was negatively correlated with serum albumin and positively correlated with serum gammablobulin.These findings suggest that the determination of the activity of plasma prolidase may be helpful in the diagnosis of chronic liver diseases. |
