28例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者手术治疗分析

目的:观察左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者手术治疗的可行性分析。方法:回顾性分析28例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者的临床资料。结果:28例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者全部可以顺利手术,其中行Ⅰ期切除吻合术占96.1%,行肠造瘘Ⅱ期吻合术占3.9%。没有手术死亡的病例,术后切口感染的2例,吻合口漏的1例,腹腔感染的1例。结论:手术治疗左半结肠癌急性梗阻采用手术治疗效果满意,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

28 cases of colorectal carcinoma surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate 28 cases of colorectal cancer Surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction case.Methods 28 patients with acute colorectal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results 28 cases of acute intestinal obstruction in the smooth operation all patients,including resection and anastomosis of the line Ⅰ 96.1%,line enterostomy Ⅱ 3.9% of the anastomosis.There was no surgical mortality,postoperative wound infection in 2 cases,1 cases of anastomotic leakage,abdominal infection in 1 case.Conclusion Surgical treatment of colorectal cancer surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction with satisfactory results,is worthy of clinical application.
