软骨母细胞瘤的影像学表现

目的:分析软骨母细胞瘤的影像学特征,提高对该病的影像学诊断。方法:分析2例经手术病理证实为软骨母细胞瘤的患者的影像学资料,总结其X线平片、CT和MRI表现。结果:X线表现:圆形或椭圆形骨质破坏区,偏心性生长,边界清晰,可见硬化边,可见病灶内有点状钙化。CT扫描显示:骨质破坏区边界锐利、硬化,病灶内斑点状或云絮状钙化。MR检查显示:T1WI病灶信号近似于肌肉信号,T2WI上病灶呈等高混杂信号或不均匀高信号,脂肪抑制T2WI示病灶周边见大片状骨髓水肿区;病变临近出现骨膜反应、临近软组织及关节囊肿胀。结论:软骨母细胞瘤影像学表现较有特征性,结合X线平片、CT和MRI能做出正确诊断。

The Imaging Features of Femur Chondroblastoma

Objective To study the imaging findings of chondroblastoma and enhance the competence of diagnosis.Methods The X-ray,CT and MRI findings of 2 case with chondroblastomas proved by pathology were analyzed.Results The X-ray manifestations were round or oval bone destruction with well-defined margin,sclerotic rim and intratumora1 punctate calcifications.CT scan showing well-defined bone destruction with sclerosis and intratumoral punctate or cloudy calcifications.The chondroblastomas were presented with osteolystic destruction in bone with peripheral sclerosis,and were hypointensity on T1WI,heterogenous intensity on T2WI.The periosteal reaction which were hypointensity on both T1WI and T2WI and hyperdensity on CT were always distant from the lesions.Conclusion Chondroblastoma has characateristic imaging features,the correct diagnosis can be made with MRI in combination with X-ray and CT.
