先天性鼻泪管阻塞治疗研究

目的:对先天性鼻泪管阻塞治疗的临床方法进行总结。方法:选取新生儿患者80例,经过挤压泪囊后有脓状分泌物溢出,排除有泪小点阻塞、外伤情况造成的鼻泪管阻塞情况。将患儿平均分为两组,对照组进行保守治疗,试验组进行泪道探通法治疗。结果:试验组治疗效果较对照组好。结论:在患儿3～4个月左右为患儿进行探通术时间最佳,对新生儿的先天性鼻泪管阻塞症进行探通治疗效果较好、应用价值高,适合临床广泛应用和推广。

Treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction study

Objective Congenital lacrimal duct obstruction after probing the treatment effect analysis,and summary.Methods To check the newborn 80 patients.After squeezing pus-like discharge after lacrimal overflow tears dot exclude obstruction caused by traumatic circumstances lacrimal obstruction.The children according to age and divided into two groups,but both sides,a conservative treatment group（control group）,a group of law for the lacrimal treatment（experimental group）.Were treated and analyzed.Results The ratio of pain in patients with lacrimal treatment group were better than the conservative group.Conclusion In children with 3～4 months for the children with the best time probing technique,by comparison,the newborn patients with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction were treated better probing,with high value suitable for wide clinical application and promotion.
