恙虫病并发多器官损害32例临床分析

目的:探讨恙虫病并发多器官损害的临床表现及治疗转归,提高临床诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析收治的32例恙虫病并发多器官损害患者的临床资料,对临床诊断和治疗进行分析。结果:32例患者经上述治疗后病情均好转,29例患者用药后24 h内体温恢复正常,其余3例患者用药后48 h内体温恢复正常;32例患者住院时间4～15 d,平均8.7 d;所有患者均临床治愈出院。对所有患者进行为期6个月的随访观察,除3例患者遗留轻微胃肠道反应外,无其他并发症发生。结论:恙虫病并发多器官损害临床表现多样,临床诊治需及时,该病预后良好。

Scrub typhus complicated by multiple organ damage analysis of 32 cases

Objective To investigate the scrub typhus complicated by multiple organ damage in the clinical manifestations and therapy,to improve clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis 32 cases of scrub typhus were treated for multiple organ damage in patients with clinical data,clinical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Results 32 patients treated by the above conditions were improved,29 patients within 24 h after treatment the body temperature returned to normal,and the remaining 3 patients within 48 h after treatment the body temperature returned to normal;32 patients hospitalization time 4～15 d,an average of 8.7 d;All patients were clinically cured.All patients for a period of 6 months of follow-up observation,in addition to remaining 3 patients mild gastrointestinal reactions,no other complications occurred.Conclusion Scrub typhus complicated by multiple organ damage in various clinical manifestations,the need for timely diagnosis and treatment of the disease prognosis is good.
