惠州地区近10年急性胰腺炎临床流行病学变化趋势

目的:观察惠州地区近10年急性胰腺炎临床流行病学变化。方法:回顾性分析2001年～2010年惠州市中心人民医院确诊的802例急性胰腺炎(AP)患者资料,以5年为单位分成两组,比较两组的性别、年龄、病因学、病情程度和并发症等。结果:2001年～2005年AP占消化内科住院人数的5.49%,2006年～2010年上升到6.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病因方面,2001年～2005年和2006年～2010年胆源性AP分别占50.95%、45.08%(P>0.05);高脂血症性AP分别占13.06%、18.03%(P<0.05);乙醇性AP分别占8.92%、19.88%(P<0.01);特发性AP分别占22.93%、12.09%(P<0.01);其他因素性AP分别占4.14%、4.92%(P>0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎的发病有升高趋势;胆源性因素仍然是最常见病因,而高脂血症性因素和乙醇性因素所占比例有升高趋势。

The trend of clinical epidemiological characteristic of Acute pancreatitis during the past 10 years in Huizhou region

Objective To survey the trend of clinical epidemiological characteristic of Acute pancreatitis（AP） during the past 10 years in Huizhou region.Methods The clinical data of 802 case of AP confirmed who were hospitalized in Huizhou Municipal Hospital,2001～2010 were divided into 2 groups by units of 5-year and analysised the age,etiology,severity of disease,complications and so on.Results Patients who diagnosed AP hospitalized in the department of Gastroenterology 2006～2010 were 6.79%,higher than that in 2001～2005（5.49%）.The difference between two groups showed a statistical signi？cance（P0.05）.Base on etiology,Biliary pancreatitis was 50.95% in 2001～2005,while 45.08% in 2006～2010（P0.05）;Hyperlipidemic pancreatitis were 13.06% and 18.03%（P0.05）;Alcoholic pancreatitis were 8.92% and 19.88%（P 0.01）;Idiopathic pancreatitis were 22.93% and 12.09%（P0.01）;Other factors of pancreatitis were 4.14% and 4.92%（P0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of AP has increased in Huizhou region;Biliary factors were still the most common causes,while the Hyperlipidemic and Alcoholic factors have increased.
