| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)对肝外胆道梗阻的诊断价值。方法:收集56例肝外胆道梗阻病例,对其MRCP影像进行回顾性分析,将影像诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果进行对照分析。结果:MRCP对肝外胆道梗阻的定位诊断准确率为100%,定性诊断准确率为87.5%。结论:MRCP对肝外胆道梗阻的定位和定性诊断准确率高,而且是无创性检查,是肝外胆道梗阻性病例最佳的术前检查方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of MRCP for biliary obstruction outside liver.Method The retrospective analysis was made on MRCP image of 56 cases with biliary obstruction outside liver,and results from image diagnosis and that from surgery pathology were comparatively analyzed.Results The accuracy of location is 100% for biliary obstruction outside liver.And the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis is 87.5%.Conclusion The accuracy of location and qualitative diagnosis for biliary obstruction outside liver is satisfactory by means of MRCP.It is a noninvasive check.And moreover,it is one of the best inspection methods before surgery for the cases with biliary obstruction outside liver. |
