| 摘 要： | 中美两军人道主义救援减灾研讨交流是两国之间一项机制性交流活动,通过首次采用联合推演方式,对演练人员组成、演练内容进行了反复磋商,加深了双方了解,加强了双方共识,扩展了联合空间.

| Abstract: | The discussions of the humanitarian disaster between Sino-US army is a mechanism of exchange activities between the two countries.The two countries used joint inference forms for the first time.The exercise composition and content were consulted repeatedly.The exercise had deepen mutual understanding,strengthened the consensus,and extended the joint space between the two countries. |
