169例药物不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院药物不良反应（ADR）发生特点，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院2005年上半年收集到的169例ADR报告分别从临床具体表现、严重程度、患者年龄、药物剂型、给药途径以及涉及药物种类等方面进行统计分析。结果：涉及97个药品品种的169例ADR中，抗微生物药物引起的ADRl04例，占总数的56．22％；严重ADR8例，死亡2例。ADR引起的皮肤及附件损伤较多，共80例，占总数的43．24％。结论：医院应重视ADR监测工作，为临床合理用药提供依据。

Analysis of 169 adverse drug reactions

Objective:To provide a rationaleof safe pharmacotherapeuties by analyzing the inci- dence of adverse drug reactions(ADR).Methods:169 incidences of ADRs reported in our hospital safety monitoring system(January to June of 2005)were analyzed in respect of the AE manifestations and sever- ity,the age distribution of patents,dosage forms,route of administration and the variety of drugs in- volved.Results:97 species of drugs were involved in the AE reports.Of 169 ADRs,104 AEs were asso- ciated with antibiotics,which accounted for 56.22%,8 were reported as the serious ADRs and 2 deaths were reported.The most common ADRs occurred in skin and appendants,totaling 80 ADRs(43.24%). Conclusion:Close monitoring of ADRs is essential for the prevention of ADRs and warranted for the ra- tional of drug administration.
