NK细胞免疫治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用与护理

目的对NK细胞免疫治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗应用进行观察护理,使肿瘤专科护士对其有全面的了解,以更好的为临床服务。方法观察记录法。结果90人次接受NK细胞免疫治疗的患者除3例患者出现短暂性寒战、2例患者出现轻度皮疹外,均顺利、安全的完成了免疫治疗。结论NK细胞免疫疗法为继外科手术、放射疗法和化学药物疗法之后的第四种疗法,为当前研究和应用的热点。肿瘤专科护士应及时掌握这种新疗法的配合与护理并积累经验,更好的服务于临床。

Application and nursing on NK cellular immunotherapy in malignant tumor treatment

Objective To observe and manage the use of NK cellular immunotherapy in malignant tumor treatment in order to help the nurse in oncology department get a comprehensive understanding of NK therapy,and serve better for the clinical work.Methods Observation and record were used to collect the data.Results 90 patients finished NK cellular immunotherapy smoothly and safely except 3 cases occurred transient chill and 2 cases suffered mild rash.Conclusions NK cellular immunotherapy is the fourth therapy appeared after surgery,radiation and chemotherapy,and becomes a hot topic of current research and application.The nurse in oncology department should master the management of this new therapy and accumulate experience to serve better for clinical work.
