细辛脑注射液联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗成人咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

目的:研究并观察细辛脑(Asarone,Asr)注射液联合复方甲氧那明(Compoud Mehtoxyphenamine,CMO)胶囊治疗成人咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough variant asthma,CVA)的治疗效果。方法:抽取我院确诊为CVA的住院患者143例,随机分为两组:对照组(71例),按CVA常规治疗;观察组(72例)在对照组治疗的基础上加用Asr注射液16mg+5%葡萄糖溶液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d。同时口服CMO胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d,均连续7d。治疗结束后比较两组患者的咳嗽减轻程度及总有效率和药物不良反应。结果:咳嗽显著减轻:观察组71例(98.6%);对照组63例(88.7%),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率:观察组和对照组分别为93.1%和80.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。药物不良反应发生率较低,观察组为8.3%,对照组为7.0%(P>0.05)。结论:Asr注射液联合CMO胶囊治疗CVA疗效肯定,较对照组具有一定优势,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推荐和进一步研究。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Adults Cough Variant Asthma Treated by Asarone Injection and Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule

Objective:To study and observe the therapeutic effects of adults with Cough variant asthma(CVA) treated by Asarone(Asr) injection and Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule(CMO).Methods:143 adults with CVA were divided into two groups randomly:the control group(71 cases) was treated by routine medicine therapy;the observation group(72 cases) on the basis of routine treatment in the control group was given Asr injection 16mg into 5% glucose solution 100ml by intravenous dripping twice a day and CMO 2 caps oral tid for 7 days.After therapy,the indexes such as the lessening of cough degrees and total effective rate were detected and calculated,which its were compared in the two groups and then statistically analyzed.To observe adverse effects of the drugs.Results:After therapy,the remission rate of cough degrees was 98.6% in the observation group,while it was 88.7% in the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistics significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate were 93.1% VS 80.3% respectively,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction is lower.The observation group was 8.3% and the control group was 7.0%,no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The observation group is effective in treating adults with CVA and adverse reaction is lower,which its worth recommending in clinic and further research.
