| 摘 要： | 建立两种微量ELISA 法测定风疹病毒抗体,与HI 试验有良好的相关关系,二者总符合率88.9%,阳性符合率95.2%,与HI 相比,ELISA 法简便、快速、敏感。

| Abstract: | This paper reports that two micro-ELISA methods can be usedfor detecting rubella,virus antibodies in human sera.There is a positive correla-tion between micro-ELISA and HI test.Their total correspondence rate andpositive correspondence rate are 88.9% and 95.2%,respectively.Micro-ELISA can be used instead of HIT.There are slight differences betweenthe two micro-ELISA methods,but their results are correspondant.Either ofthem has own characteristics.They can be chosen for different use. |
