| 摘 要： | 为建立一种评价晚期丝虫病病人生命质量的方法，了解影响病人生命质量的主要因素，以便提出促进病人康复和改善其生命质量的政策性建议，进行了本研究。本项课题属于随机抽样的病例对照研究，在原流行区，随机抽取了３００对病例与对照，采用直接访谈式问卷调查。研究结果表明，病人的生命质量明显地低于对照，影响病人生命质量的主要因素有发作频度，疾病痛苦程度和各种不同的体征。通过分析，提出了一些政策性建议。

| Abstract: | In order to develop a method to evaluate the quality of life of the patients with chronic filariasis, to identify the significant factors affecting the quality of life, and to provide policy recommendations for our policy makers to immprove the quality of life of the patients and promote their rehabilitation, a retrospective research by random sampling was conducted in 1995. The quality of life of the patients was measured by an index method. It is shown that the quality of life of the patients was lower than that of the control; and some factors affecting the quality of life of the patients were discussed, and suggestions were made for immproving the quality of life of the patients and promoting their rehabilitation. |
