三种不同表面结构牙种植体的近期临床效果比较

目的比较3种不同表面结构的牙种植体对初期骨愈合的影响。方法常规植入不同材料，类型的的牙种植体105例，比较3种种植体对临床初期骨愈合的影响。结果每例临床观察3～8月，初期愈合率在91％以上。不同类型的种植体对初期骨愈合的成功率有影响，但差异不大。结论常规植入的种植体初期骨愈合与种植体本身的临床特点无明显差异。

Clinical treatment of 3 systems of dental implant surface structures

Objective To compare 3 different kinds of surface structures of the early dental implant bone healing. Methods The total 105 implants of different materials and types were inserted normally with 3 compared in the early clinical implants of bone healing. Results Cases of every 3 to 8 months, early in the healing rate was 91% or more. Different types of implants had influences on the initial success rate of bone healing, but with little difference. Conclusions The conventional implantation of the implants in the early healing of bone had no significant differences with the implant itself in clinical characteristics.
