用RP-HPLC同时测定逍遥丸中当归、芍药的指标成分的含量

 目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法对中成药逍遥丸中当归、芍药的指标成分阿魏酸、芍药苷同时进行含量测定。方法 采用Shimpack CLC ODS柱，流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85)，检测波长：230 nm，进样量10 μL。结果 线性范围阿魏酸0.02～0.12 mg，芍药苷0.02～0.08 mg，相关系数阿魏酸0.9978，芍药苷0.999 97，平均回收率阿魏酸97.61%，芍药苷100.07%，日内RSD分别为0.98%和0.72%。结论 方法简便、准确、灵敏可靠。

Determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Wan by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Wan by RP-HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic conditions included Shimpack CLC ODS column and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (15∶85).The detection wavelength was at 230 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.02～0.12 mg for ferulic acid and 0.02～0.08 mg for paeoniflorin respectively.The correlation coefficient was r=0.997 8 and r=0.999 9.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 97.61% and that of paeoniflorin was 100.07%.The precision of within-day RSD was 0.98% and 0.72% respectively.CONCLUSION The determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin was found to be simple and accurate.
