非典型急性心肌梗死48例误诊讨论

目的探讨非典型急性心肌梗死误诊、漏诊的原因。方法对46例误诊、漏诊的非典型急性心肌梗死的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果15例误诊为消化道疾病;8例误诊为呼吸道感染;4例误诊为肺心病;4例误诊为心绞痛;3例误诊为高血压性心脏病;2例误诊为感染性休克,其余12例误诊为其他疾病。结论非典型急性心肌梗死临床症状复杂多样,易误诊,临床医生应重视对本病的认识。

The Misdiagnostic Analysis of 46 Cases with Atypical Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the reasons of misdiagnosis in atypical acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The clinical data of 48 cases with atypical AMI which were misdiagnosed were analyzed retrospectively.Results 15cases were misdiagnosed as gastrointestinal disease; 8 cases were misdiagnosed as respiratory tract infection; 4 cases were misdiagnosed as cor pulmonale; 4 cases were misdiagnosed as angina pectoris; 3 cases were misdiagnosed as hypertensive heart disease; 2 cases were misdiagnosed as septic shock and 12 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of atypical AMI were complicated and easy to be misdiagnosed. Doctors should pay more attention to the atypical AMI.
