| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨义眼座植入术后义眼座暴露的原因及处理.方法:对37例义眼座植入术患者行随访分析,随访1～14个月,平均6个月.结果:术后发生义眼座暴露6例(16.2%).一期植入23例,暴露2例(8.7%);二期植入14例,暴露4例(28.6%).5例经手术修补愈合,1例取出.结论:义眼座术暴露常见原因有机体排异反应、球结膜筋膜张力过大等.术后可根据暴露面积不同采取不同处理方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause and management of artificial orbital implants exposure after implantation.Methods:Thirty seven patients were performed artificial orbit implantation and followed up for 1 to 14 months(mean 6 months).Results:Artificial orbital implant exposure was observed in 6 of the 37 cases( 16.2 %).23 cases were implanted at first stage and exposure was observed in 2 cases(8.7%);14 cases were implanted at second stage and exposure occured in 4 cases(28.6%).Five cases healed up by operation and one case was taken out of the implant.Conclusions:The causes for implants exposure are the repulsion of body,too great tension of bulbar conjunctiva and so on.Different methods may be employed according to the size of exposure. |
