摘    要:目的:探索自由基在1,2-二氯乙烷(1,2-DCE)致脑水肿过程中所起的作用。方法:在复制DCE脑水肿模型的基础上,检测动物血清和脑组织中丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化。结果:随着染毒学的增加,血清中MDA的变化由低到高,除低浓度组与中浓度组比差异无显著性外,其余各组之间相比差异都具有显著性(P<0.05),而SOD则先增加后降低,对照组的SOD活力在染毒前后变化不明显;低和中浓度组SOD活力在染毒后增加(P<0.05),高浓度组SOD活力染毒后大幅降低(P<0.05),GSH随着浓度的增加,含量逐渐降低,降低浓度组与对照组差异无显著性外(P>0.05),其余各组之间相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),脑组织中随着染毒浓度的增加,MDA逐渐增加,除低浓度组与对照组差异无显著性外(P>0.05),高、中浓度组与对照组比差异有显著性(P<0.05),SOD值逐渐减小,高,中浓度组与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05),GSH先升后降、高、低浓度组与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),结论:1,2-DCE致脑水肿过程中,自由基所起的作用不容忽视。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of free radica l in the process of cerebral edema induced by 1,2 dichloroethane (DCE). MethodsOn the basis of duplicating the animal model of cerebra l edema induced by DCE, MDA, GSH contents and SOD activity in serum and brain t issue were examined.Results With the increase of DCE concentrations, MDA in brain tissue and serum also increased and a significant difference was observed between the higher concentration group and the control g roup(P<0.05). SOD decreased gradually while the concentrations incr eased(P<0.05 in the high/medium concentration groups). GSH content in se rum decreased when concentration getting higher(P<0.05 in the h igh/me dium concentration groups). GSH content in the brain increased (P<0.05 in the low and medium concentration groups) and then decreased (P<0.05in the high concentration group).ConclusionIt suggested that f ree radical might have definite effects in the process of cerebral edema induced by DCE.
