| 摘 要： | 分类综述近年来核苷类抗病毒药物眼用载体制剂的研究进展,这些载体制剂包括环糊精包合物、脂质体、纳米粒、微球、凝胶、膜剂等。与传统眼用制剂相比,目前研究与开发的抗病毒药物载体制剂具有良好的靶向性和顺应性,且可提高药物的生物利用度,但也存在稳定性差、无菌化困难、使用不便等缺点,有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The progress in ophthalmic carrier preparations of antiviral ucleosides,including cyclodextrin inclusion compound,liposome,nanoparticles,micropheres and gel-forming systems,films,etc.,was reviewed classifiedly.Compared with the conventional ophthalmic drug preparations,the novel ophthalmic carrier preparations developed for antiviral nucleosides show good target-specific action and compliance and improve the bioavailability of antiviral nucleosides.The ophthalmic carrier preparations have much room for improvement,in view of their bad stability,hard sterilization and inconvenience in use. |
