摘    要:目的:建立以离子对比色法测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液中主药含量的方法。方法:在一定pH值递质中,硫酸阿托品与酸性染料溴甲酚绿结合成稳定的离子对,用氯仿提取离子对,在420nm波长处测定其吸收度并计算其含量,将其与《中国医院制剂规范》采用的中和法结果进行比较。结果:2种方法所得结果含量均在规定范围内,无显著性差异。结论:本方法快捷、简便,适合医院制剂的快速分析。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of atropine sulfate in atropine eye drops by ion pair colorimetry. METHODS: Stable ion pairs were formed from the combination of atropine sulfate with bromocresol green (acidic dye) in a medium at an appropriate pH value, and the ion pairs were extracted with chloroform. The absorbability was detected by UV at a wavelength of 420nm and the content was computed as well, which were compared with the results determined through the neutralization method adopted by the China Hospital Preparation Norms. RESULTS: The contents determined by the 2 methods showed no significant difference, with both within the specified scope. CONCLUSION: The ion pair colorimetry method is rapid and simple, and suitable for the rapid analysis of atropine sulfate in atropine eye drops.
