| 摘 要： | 本文报告用ELISA法检测285例肝病患者IgG、IgA、IgM类抗HBs-Ab_2。结果表明,抗HBs-Ab_2主要存在于HBsAg、HBeAg阳性乙肝患者血中,并与其它血清HBV标志关系密切。提示抗HBs-Ab_2可能通过抑制抗HBs的形成影响HBV清除。

| Abstract: | IgG, IgA and IgM antiidiotypes directed against anti-HBs were detected in different groups of hepatitis B Patients by ELISA. These antiidiotypes were found in most sera which contained HBsAg, and were closely associated with HBeAg and other HBV makers. The result suggests that antiHBs-Ab2 may interfere with the elimination of HBV by the suppression of anti- HBs. |
