中西医结合治疗膝关节镜术后膝关节持续胀痛

目的：观察中药外敷＋关节腔注射＋股四头肌等张、等长功能锻炼联合治疗膝关节镜术后关节持续胀痛的临床疗效。方法：将门诊近2年来膝关节镜术后患者50例，分为观察组（中药外敷＋玻璃酸钠关节腔注射＋股四头肌等张、等长功能锻炼），对照组（玻璃酸钠关节腔注射），对治疗前及治疗后、治疗后1月、3月、半年及1年，用LYSHOLMS膝关节功能评分方法进行评分，来观察膝关节功能及临床效果，结果显示：观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。

Integrated Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Continual Swelling and Pain of Knee after Arthroscopic Surgery

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating continual swelling and pain of knee after arthroscopic surgery with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine, intra-articular injection and isotonic and isometric exercise of quadriceps. Method：50 outpatients of the recent 2 years with arthroscopic surgery were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with application of Traditional Chinese Medicine, intra-articular injection and isotonic and isometric exercise of quadriceps. The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The clinical effect and function of knee was evaluated by the LYSHOLMS score 1 month, 3 months, half year and one year after the treatment. Result： The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.
