西药联合耳穴贴压对小儿CVA相关指标的影响

目的:观察西药联合耳穴贴压对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的小气道功能、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清总IgE以及细胞因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-13的影响。方法:根据随机原则,将80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用耳穴贴压,观察两组治疗前后小气道功能、EOS计数、血清总IgE以及TNF-α、IL-10、IL-13的变化。结果:两组治疗前各观察指标无差异(P0.05),治疗后均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05),实验组各项指标改善情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:西药联合耳穴贴压在改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的小气道功能、EOS计数、血清总IgE以及TNF-α、IL-10、IL-13方面优于单纯西药治疗。

Effects of Western Medieine Combined with Auricular Application Pressurse on Related Indexes in CVA Children

Objective：to observe the influence of western medicine combined with auricular application pressure on small airway function,EOS count in peripheral blood,and serum total IgE and cytokine TNF-αt,IL-10 and IL-13 levels of cough variant asthma（CVA） children.Methods：80 cases with CVA were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,control group was given conventional treatment,the experimental group was given auricular application pressure on the basis of conventional treatment,observing the change of small airway function,count of EOS,and serum total IgE and TNF-α,IL-10,IL-13 before and after treatment.Results：There was no difference between the two groups on these indexes before treatment （P 〉 0.05）,these indexes were improved significantly in the two groups after treated,each index change in experiment group was more obvious than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Western medicine combined auricular application pressure could improve the small airway function,count of EOS,serum total IgE and TNF-α,IL -10,IL-13,the effects were better than these in control group.
