敏热灸结合刺络拔罐治疗顽固性面瘫的临床体会

目的：探讨敏热灸结合刺络拔罐治疗顽固性面瘫的临床效果。方法：选取我院在2013年1月-2014年1月之间收治的50例顽固性面瘫患者，对其采用敏热灸联合刺络拔罐方法进行治疗，评估患者的治疗效果。结果：50例患者中，痊愈35例，占70%，显效10例，占20%；好转4例，占8%；无效1例，占2%；总有效率98%。结论：敏热灸联合刺络拔罐治疗顽固性面瘫的效果较为显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical Experience of Treating Refractory Facial Paralysis with Sensitive Hot Moxibustion and Stab Winding Cutem

Objective：To study the clinical effect of sensitive hot moxibustion combined with stab winding cutem on the treatment of refractory facial paralysis. Methods：50 patients with refractory facial paralysis admitted by our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated with sensitive hot moxibustion and stab winding cutem. The curative effect was evaluated. Result：In the 50 cases, 35 cases were cured, which accounted for 70%. 10 cases had marked effect, which accounted for 20%;4 cases were improved, which accounted for 8%;1 case had no effect, which accounted for 2%. The total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion：Sensitive hot moxibustion combined with stab winding cutem had significant effect on the treatment of refractory facial paralysis. It is worthy of promotion and application.
