中医联合交锁髓内钉治疗骨伤临床研究

目的：研究中医联合交锁髓内钉在骨伤治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：选取我院在2013年2月-2014年2月间收治的72例骨伤患者的临床资料，随机将患者平均分为两组，每组各36例病例，对照组采用交锁髓内钉治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用中医治疗，比较两组患者的骨伤恢复时间与并发症情况。结果：观察组功能恢复、肿胀消除、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组，对比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。患者并发症主要表现为伤口感染与皮下组织坏死，观察组中有3例并发症病例，并发症率为8.3%；对照组中有8例并发症病例，并发症率为22.2%。观察组并发症率明显低于对照组，对比存在较大差异，具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：采用中医与交锁髓内钉联合治疗，可以有效缩短骨伤恢复时间，控制并发症率，具有显著的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research on the treatment of bone fractures by Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with interlocking intramedullary nail

Objective：To study the clinical value of Chinese medicine combined with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods：The clinical data of 72 cases of bone fracture in our hospital in February, 2013 to February, 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail, while patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment for the control group. The healing time and complications of bone fractures of the two groups were compared. Results：The functional recovery, swelling, fracture healing time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with significant differences, which had statistical significance （P＜0.05）. Complications were mainly wound infection and subcutaneous tissue necrosis, 3 cases in the observation group had complications ,and the incidence rate was 8.3%;8 cases of complications in the control group and the complication rate was 22.2%. The rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with interlocking intramedullary nail can effectively shorten the bone healing time and control the rate of complications with significant clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.
