益智饮对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及海马神经元保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :观察中药自拟方益智饮对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠学习记忆能力及海马神经元超微结构的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、益智饮组、吡拉西坦组,采用大鼠双侧颈总动脉反复夹闭并再通,同时腹腔注射硝普钠降低血压的方法复制VD模型。用Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠学习记忆能力;电子显微镜观察VD大鼠海马神经元超微结构的变化。结果 :益智饮能明显缩短VD大鼠平台逃避潜伏期,增加VD大鼠平台穿越次数;减轻VD大鼠海马神经元损伤。结论:益智饮能改善VD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,保护海马神经元。

Experimental Studies on Effect of Yizhi Drink on Learning and Memory Ability of Vascular Dementia Rats and Protection on Hippocampal Neuron

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Yizhi drink on learning and memory ability and the ultr structure of hippocampal neuron in vascular dementia rats. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Yizhi drink group, piracetam (positive)group, the bilateral common carotid artery of rats repeatedly occlusion and recanalization, and sodium nitroprusside intraperitoneal injection methods for reducing blood pressure were applied to copy VD model . Using Morris water maze test in rats to determined the learning and memory ability; electron microscopy to observe histological changes of hippocam pal neuron in VD rats. Results:Yizhi drink can obviously shorten the escape time to plate and increase the number of passing through in VD rats, reduce the injury of hippocampal neurons. Conclusion:Yizhi drink can improve the learning and memory ability, and protect hippocampal neurons from injury.
