| 摘 要： | 目的：观察升阳益胃汤治疗胆囊切除术后泄泻的疗效。方法：将64例胆囊切除术后泄泻患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各32例，治疗组予升阳益胃汤治疗，对照组予双歧杆菌片、蒙脱石散治疗，均服用2周。结果治疗组患者的泄泻有效率（90.63%）明显高于对照组（75%）（P＜0.05）。结论：升阳益胃汤治疗胆囊切除术后泄泻有较为满意的疗效。

Clinical Observation on 32 cases with Diarrhea after Cholecystectomy Treated by Yang-Raising and Stomach-Benefiting Decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of Yang-Raising and Stomach-Benefiting Decoction on the treatment of diarrhea after cholecystectomy. Methods：64 patients with postcholecystectomy diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. each group has 32 cases. The treatment group was treated with Yang-Raising and Stomach-Benefiting Decoction. The control group was given bifidobacterium tablets and montmorillonite powder.Both the two group took medicine for 2 weeks. Results：the effective rate of the treatment group（90.63%） was significantly higher than that （75%） of the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion： Yang-Raising and Stomach-Benefiting Decoction has a more satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of diarrhea after cholecystectomy. |
