鼠神经生长因子介入针刺治疗贝尔面瘫的分析

目的：观察鼠神经生长因子介入针刺治疗贝尔面瘫急性期的疗效分析。方法：将60例贝尔面瘫急性期患者分为治疗组（鼠神经因子介入组）和对照组（常规针刺方案组），每组各30例。于治疗28d后进行疗效比较。结果：经28d治疗后，治疗组痊愈率63.33%，愈显率90.00%；而对照组痊愈率40.00%，愈显率66.67%。两组间痊愈率和愈显率比较均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。H-B 量表分级情况中，两组均在治疗前后分级比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而两组间在治疗结束后分级比较，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：建议贝尔面瘫急性期常规针刺治疗方案中迅速、短期介入鼠神经生长因子能明显提高疗效，有效缩短疗程，改善预后，减低费用负担，值得门诊推广。

Analysis of the Intervention of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in Acupuncture for the Treatment of Bell Palsy

Objective： To observe the curative efficacy of the intervention of mouse nerve growth factor in acupuncture for the treatment of bell palsy at the acute course. Method：60 patients with bell palsy at the acute course were divided into the treatment group （with the intervention of mouse nerve growth factor） and the control group（with conventional treatment of acupuncture）. Each group had 30 cases. 28 days after the treatment, the curative efficacy of the two groups were caopared. Result：28 days after the treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was 63.33%and the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%. The cure rate of the control group was 40.00%and the effective rate of the control group was 66.67%. The comparison between the cure rate and the effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant （P＜0.05）. In the grade of H-B chart, the comparison of grade of the two groups before and after the treatment was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. For the grade of the two groups after the treatment, the grade of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：The quick intervention of mouse nerve growth factor for a short term in acupuncture for the treatment of bell palsy can improve the curative efficacy, shorten the treating course, improve the prognosis and reduce the costs. It is worthy to be promoted to the clinic.
