益气凉血方治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床观察

目的：观察益气凉血方治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜（CITP）的临床疗效。方法：142例诊断明确的CITP患者采用益气凉血方加减治疗，连续服用4周。每周检测血小板计数，观察主要症状、体征，进行治疗前后量化评分。结果：显效38例，良效70例，进步26例，无效8例，总有效率94.9%。治疗后患者主要症状、体征平均积分均较治疗前降低，差异均有非常显著性意义（P＜0.01）。结论：益气凉血方治疗CITP疗效显著，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura by Yiqi Liangxue decoction

Objective：To Observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Liangxue decoction in the treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopen ic purpura. Methods：142 cases with accurate diagnosis of CITP were treated with ingredient-altered Yiqi Liangxue decoction, 4 weeks as a course. The platelet count was tested every week and the main symptoms, signs were observed and scored before and after treatment. Results：38 cases were excellently effective, 70 cases effective, 26 cases improved, 8 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 94.9%. The average scores of main symptoms, signs after treatment were decreased compared with the situation before treatment, and the difference was obviously significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Yiqi Liangxue decoction on CITP is significant which is worthy of promotion.
