护理干预应用于髋关节置换术中下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果观察

目的：观察护理干预应用于髋关节置换术中下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的临床效果。方法：资料随机选自2013年2月-2014年2月本院诊治的74例髋关节置换术患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组37例予以常规护理，研究组37例予以系统护理干预，比较两组住院时间、DVT以及下肢肿胀发生率情况。结果：研究组患者住院时间、DVT和下肢肿胀发生率均低于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：护理干预应用于髋关节置换术中，有效降低髋关节置换术患者DVT发生率并缩短住院时间，从而改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Effect Observation of Nursing Intervention Applied on Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Hip Replacement

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in hip replacement. Method：74 patients with hip replacement admitted by our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were divided into two groups by random number table. The 37 patients in control group were given conventional nursing. The others in study group were given systematic nursing intervention. Compared the hospital stay, DVT and lower extremity swelling condition of the two groups. Result：the hospital stay and incidence of DVT and lower extremity swelling of the study group were lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Applying nursing intervention in hip replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT and hospital stay, so the life quality of the patients can be improved.
