中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的疗效分析

目的：研究分析中西医结合治疗急性脑出血的临床治疗效果。方法：采用多中心、单盲随机对照对197例急性脑出血患者分别进行中西医结合治疗和西医为主加中药安慰剂治疗。根据1995年脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准观察比较两组患者在治疗后的康复情况。结果：治疗后结束后治疗组的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）分别为（6.47±7.87），对照组在治疗结束后的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）分别为（9.53±8.15）。治疗组较对照组在疗效评分上明显改善（P＜0.05）。按NIHSS分值评定愈显率，治疗组与对照组在在治疗结束后分别为91.92%和76.54%，两者存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性脑出血能降低NIHSS评分，有效改善患者神经功能，提高患者的生活质量。

Curative Efficacy Analysis of Integrated Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective： To study the clinical curative dfficacy of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： By multicenter, single-blind randomized control, 197 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were treated. Patients in one group were given integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Patients in he other group were given western medicine as the main drug, and Traditional Chinese Medicine as placebo. According to the clinic neurological function deficit scale of cerebral hemorrhage patients made in 1995, the recovery status of patients in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment, the NIHSS score of the treatment group was 6.47±7.87, the control group 9.53±8.15. Compared with the control group, the curative efficacy sore of the treatment group was significantly improved （P＜0.05）. According to NIHSS score, the effective rate after treatment of the treatment group and control group were respectively 91.92% and 76.54%. This was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can reduce the NIHSS score and effectively improve neurologic fuction and life quality of the patients.
