脑栓通胶囊药效学实验研究

摘    要:目的:对脑栓通胶囊药放学作用进行研究。方法:以颈动脉结扎法造成大鼠缺血性脑水肿模型,以断颅法造成小鼠脑循环障碍模型,以颈动脉结扎法造成小鼠脑缺血模型,以体外循环法造成大鼠实验性血栓模型以盐酸肾上腺素法造成大鼠血瘀模型,以ADP诱导大鼠血小板聚集。结果:脑栓通胶囊能显著降低大鼠缺血性脑水肿程度,延长断颅小鼠的喘息时间,延长脑循环障碍小鼠的存活时间,能抑制大鼠实验性血栓的形成、降低血瘀大鼠的血小板聚集率,并降低其全血粘度、减小红细胞压积、缩短红细胞电泳时间,能延长小鼠凝血时间。结论:脑栓通胶囊具有显著的抗血栓形成、改善脑循环障碍、改善脑供氧状况、消除脑水肿、降低ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集率和活血化瘀作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the pharmacological actions of Naoshuantong capsule. Method: Making the model of ischemic cerebral edema in rats by ligaturing carotid. Making the model of disturbance of cerebral circulation in mice by cutting mice's heads. Making the model of cerebral ischemia in mice by ligaturing carotid. Making the model of experimental thrombus in rats by extrinsic circulation. Making the model of blood stasis in rats by injecting adrenalin hydrochloride. Causing platelet aggregation of rats by adenosine diphosphate. Results : Naoshuantong capsule can notable reduce the degree of ischemic cerebral edema in rats, prolong the breathing time of the mice cut heads, prolong the living time of the mice of disturbance of cerebral circulation, inhibit the form of blood stasis in rats, reduce the platelet aggregation of blood stasis rats and viscosities of their whole blood, reduce the packed cell volume, decurtate the electrophoresis time of red blood cell and prolong clotting time of mice. Conclusion : Naoshuantong capsule has the actions of anti-thrombosis, improving the conditions of disturbance of cerebral circulation and oxygen supplying, eliminate cerebral edema, reduce the rate of platelet aggregation of rats and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
